City Hall at 415 15th Street
Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. - In the Utility Slot Drop Outside City Hall
- Online at Xpress Bill Pay
Utility bills are mailed by the 1st of every month and are due and payable upon receipt. Customers have until 4 p.m. on the 15th of the month to make their payment without a penalty. The penalty is 10% of the outstanding balance and is computed on the morning of the 16th.
Plan for holidays and blizzards so your payment won't be delayed. If payment isn't received in time, customers will be sent a reminder bill, which will tell you the date of shutoffs. If the bill is not paid by 8 a.m. on the shut-off date, there is an additional $70.00 fee and the utilities will be shut off.
AutoPay
The city offers one form of auto-pay via automatic bank account withdrawal.
If you would like to sign up for autopay service, please return the auto-pay form (PDF) to City Hall with a voided check. Payments are withdrawn on the 10th of each month.
Autopay is also available via Xpress Bill Pay
