With an Internet connection and an e-mail address, residents can now pay their bill online. There is an option to pay using the Checkout as Guest feature. It's quick and easy.

How It Works
When signing up for online bill payment, users will receive a unique password to access their personal account at the Xpress Bill Pay website. A reminder will be sent every month let users know when bills are online.
Then, just log in through a web browser and click on the link to view a bill, which will have the same information the paper statements have. Select a payment type — credit card, debit card, or electronic funds transfer — enter the information, and it's done!
Follow the instructions on the screen. Users will need a valid e-mail address to create an account. Once the information has been submitted, a default password will be sent by e-mail.
Go back to the Xpress Bill Pay website and log in using the e-mail address and password used to set up the account. The "Add e-Bills" page appears. Follow the instructions on the screens to add the City to the Xpress Bill Pay account.
Once an account has been created, users will be able to go online at any time to view and pay utility bills.
