Burlington Activities and Recreation The Burlington Activities Department is providing programming to enhance personal health and well-being to improve the quality of life for the Citizens of Burlington. They promote and provide leisure, recreational and cultural opportunities. Year-round programming is enjoyed by the community and surrounding areas.
