Art Show

The Outback Arts Council will be hosting an Art Show on March 5, 2010 at the Burlington Community Center. The public is invited to enter their artwork for judging and display. There is NO COST to enter the competition.

The categories will be as follows:

Paintings:

Oil/Acrylic

Water Color

Charcoal

Pencil

Ink

Colored Pencil

Pastels

Crayon

Sculpture:

3 Dimensional Art

Photography:

Landscapes

Portraits

Animal

There will be four age groups for each category:

Adult

High School

Middle School

Elementary School

Awards will be given to each age group for each category, as well as a “Best In Show”. Registration Deadline is February 26, 2010.

The Elementary school portion of the art contest is being Co-Sponsored with the Grace Manor Care Center. The residents at Grace Manor will be judging the artwork prior to the show.
